As the designer for Always Home, I approached the project with a focus on creating a compassionate and user-centric e-commerce platform. I began by categorizing the products into easily navigable sections, ensuring that visitors could quickly find the items relevant to their needs. Special attention was given to product descriptions and imagery, highlighting the therapeutic benefits and features of each product to educate and inform potential customers.
In addition to product showcasing, I integrated features to enhance the overall user experience. This included implementing intuitive search and filtering options to facilitate product discovery, as well as incorporating user-friendly checkout processes to streamline the purchasing journey for caregivers and family members.
Furthermore, I ensured that the branding and messaging resonated with the target audience, conveying empathy, understanding, and support for individuals affected by Alzheimer’s and their caregivers.
