Problem

Commissioners Pharmacy™ aimed to modernize their services while maintaining the decades-long trust they've built within the London community. Specializing in personalized compounding services and offering a range of pharmaceutical solutions including vaccinations, prescriptions, and product sales, they needed a comprehensive online presence to cater to both patients and pharmacists. The challenge was to create a platform that seamlessly integrated their traditional values with modern convenience, providing patients with access to their orders, prescriptions, and supplements while enabling pharmacists to efficiently manage inventory and communicate with patients.

Problem

Solution

I developed a complete set of general pages for Commissioners Pharmacy™, including landing pages, about us, contact us, and policy pages, reflecting their trusted reputation and commitment to modern care. These pages were designed to convey the pharmacy's values and services effectively to visitors.

Additionally, I created two separate dashboards—one for patients and one for pharmacists—to streamline operations and enhance user experience. The patient dashboard allowed users to track orders, view prescriptions, manage supplements, and access various services conveniently. On the other hand, the pharmacist dashboard empowered pharmacists to manage inventory, communicate with patients, add products, and utilize pharmacy management systems (PMS) efficiently.
