Problem

The Shadde game application faced significant usability issues and lacked coherence in its user interface. As the UI/UX redesigner, my primary challenge was to identify and address these shortcomings to enhance the overall user experience. The existing app suffered from unclear navigation, inconsistent design elements, and suboptimal user flow, leading to user frustration and decreased engagement.

To tackle the challenges posed by the Shadde game application, I conducted a comprehensive analysis of the existing UI/UX landscape. Through gap analysis, I identified areas for improvement and devised strategies to enhance usability and user satisfaction. By leveraging my expertise in UI/UX design, I implemented a redesign that focused on clarity, consistency, and intuitiveness. I optimized the user flow to ensure seamless navigation and improved the overall user experience. Additionally, I introduced new design elements and visual enhancements to modernize the app's appearance and align it with contemporary design trends.

Throughout the project, I utilized a range of skills beyond UI/UX design, including:

  • User Research: Conducted user interviews and surveys to gather insights into user preferences and pain points.

  • Prototyping: Created interactive prototypes to visualize and test the redesigned user interface and user flow.
